For World Book Week, we looked at the book “Milo Imagines the World”.
In Milo Imagines the World, a boy named Milo takes a long subway ride with his big sister. To pass the time and help with his "shook-up" feelings, he uses his sketchbook to imagine the lives of the people he sees.
The children loved this book. It made us use our imaginations. The children took part in an activity where they were asked to think of a person who they have seen before but don’t know, or a character that is made up. They had to draw what their life was like using their imagination- just like Milo did in the story!
