Catholic Schools Week

21st Jan 2026

During Catholic Schools Week, the children engaged in a range of meaningful activities that helped them reflect on faith, prayer and God’s presence in our lives.

The pupils created Holy Hands artwork, thoughtfully incorporating the names of people they wish to pray for, along with prayers they can use in their daily lives. This activity encouraged personal reflection and helped the children understand the importance of prayer and care for others.

We also listened to stories from the Bible, exploring the message that God is always with us, especially in times when we need guidance, comfort or strength. These discussions allowed the children to connect faith with their own experiences.
