Some of the boys and girls from 4th, 5th and 6th Class represented our school brilliantly at the FAI 5-a-side tournament at Hartstown Huntstown A.C. It was an early start for the students but all turned up to school enthusiastic and ready for a fun day ahead. The two teams warmed up with a few drills and it wasn't long before the fixtures and expectations were called out for the day ahead. The two teams performed really well and everyone got to play in each game, with some students showing their range of skills by happily swapping roles on the pitch. One of our teams almost made it to their group semi-final but unfortunately missed out due to a technicality! All took it very well and despite any disappointment everyone showed their appreciation of the day out and how much fun they had! Ms. Faughnan and Ms. Moore are very proud of all the boys and girls. Well done!!
